Base S2 is the compact fixed RF detection node in the Skyner range. A single unit detects and identifies drones passively; several units networked together position them by time difference of arrival (TDOA) and track their trajectories. It is the cost-conscious starting point for a fixed network, while single-node direction finding is addressed by the SD models.
