Who we are
skyner.eu is the website of the Skyner counter-UAS product line. The website is operated by OneDrone d.o.o., Stegne 21C, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (VAT ID SI88522253, registration no. 6227902000), which is the data controller for this website. Contact: info@skyner.eu.
What data we collect
This website has no user accounts and no tracking. The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally your organisation, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider additionally keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation of the service.
Why we process it
We use the contact-form data for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, where you request it, to prepare an offer or arrange a demonstration (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to you, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, after which it is deleted.
Who else sees it
Messages are delivered and stored by our e-mail and hosting providers acting as processors. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or tracking cookies and uses no third-party advertising or social-media scripts. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing — write to info@skyner.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
