Radar R5.
Active radar for low-altitude surveillance.
Overview
Radar R5
- Active target sensing
- Position and motion data
- RF-independent detection layer
Radar R5 adds an active surveillance layer to the Skyner system. Its one-dimensional active phased array uses electronic elevation scanning and a mechanically rotating azimuth platform. It measures target position and motion without relying on decoding a drone’s radio protocol.
Radar performance depends on target RCS, the operating environment and installation geometry.
